When I went in for my hysterectomy for uterine leiomyosarcoma I was at complete peace. I knew before surgery that it probably was this cancer, yet I had no fear. I knew it was not only the prayers that carried me, and enveloped me into a cacoon of His presence, but also the Lord had given me a scripture to read while I was in the hospital before the operation. I heard in my mind Isaiah 52:12. I quickly turned to it and it says in NKJ "For you shall not go out in haste, nor take flight; for the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard." I would have liked to have heard... You are Healed...but I knew from this scripture that God was covering my back and going before me, He was with me and I could trust in
Him. The following day I heard Micah 7:7 and this reads... "Therefore I will look to the Lord of; I will wait on the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. Do not rejoice over me my enemy (cancer); when I fall, I will arise again; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.".

I wouldn't have been able to get through all of this with ought knowing that I am safe...and that I can trust in my Lord and savior no matter what the outcome. I can rest in Him. Chris

My faith is very important to me and has carried me through an abusive childhood, the death of my son and husband, and Stage IIIB breast cancer. Thank you for describing it so well. I am looking forward to reading your book. Alecia

Thanks for this helpful blog. It is horrible to watch someone you love being tormented by eczema and feeling like there is nothing you can do to help

I am another survivor who was told I had three months to live....FAST FORWARD...THREE YEARS LATER....I am still here...still working on getting cancer out of my body...but living boldly, joyfully, full of hope.

Thank you for this resource, I am eager to read it. Knowing your experience is something I think every cancer survivor needs to hear about, from the day of diagnosis and moving forward.

All the best to you,
Christina

I would love to read this book as I am one of the "Incurables". I was diagnosed Stage 4 Breast cancer 6 months after my 3rd daughter was born. I am doing well but would love to read some inspirational stories to help me through those dark days.
Even if I don't win I would love to get a copy of your book.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!
